A simple risotto using carbonara powder sauce

Cooking Steps

This risotto uses the finished rice, so the recipe is easy. Shred onions and cocktails shrimp are good, and either is fine. You can add bacon instead of ham. Chop the red pepper.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms with a little sugar in cold water. You can touch it and it's soft. Don't chop it too finely. Chop it into big pieces to make it taste good.

Carbonara powder sauce on the market.

Add 1 pack of carbonara to 1 cup of milk and whisk well. I didn't heat up the milk

Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and 1 slice of butter in a pan and stir-fry onion first. Then, add ham and stir-fry it. Add shrimp, soaked shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry it

And stir-fry the red pepper together, leaving only the garnish. Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry it. Mix the rice grains well. Stir-fry the mixture of milk and carbonara powder sauce little by little. Don't put all the milk in at once.

When you stir-fry milk on low heat, it doesn't form lumps. It can't be too thick when it's finished. If you put it in a bowl, it becomes thick again. So turn off the heat just before it gets a little thick.
STEP 8/8
It's a simple risotto. It's prettier if you put red pepper on it and sprinkle parsley powder.
