STEP 1/12
First, add 1t of salt and 1t of baking powder to 260g of glutinous rice flour.

Add 45g of sugar to this and mix well with the powder.

Add 55g of melted butter.

Add 240ml of milk to this and mix well until dough is formed.

Please chop 50g of almonds into bite-size pieces and prepare them.

Mix the dough with 80g of almonds and peas. Leave some almonds for decoration on top of LA glutinous rice pie.

I put a paper foil on the air fryer and put the dough on it. And I spread it out well with a spatula to make it flat.

Lastly, sprinkle almond powder on top of the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

I baked it again at 170 degrees for 35 minutes. And the backside was slightly undercooked, so I turned it upside down and baked it for another 10 minutes at 170 degrees.

Take out the sticky rice pie and cut it into bite-size pieces.

It's LA chop pie that's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
