STEP 1/9
I need to measure the meat in the sauce, so I'll make the sauce first. I prepared a sauce based on 400g of pork forelimbs. Prepare 1.5T of red pepper paste, 2T of red pepper powder, 3T of dark soy sauce, 1T of minced garlic, 2T of sugar, and 2T of plum syrup and mix well. Kim Su-mi puts pepper powder, but I didn't like pepper, so I skipped pepper.
STEP 2/9
Shred an onion and slice the green onions diagonally. The green onion in my picture is kind of weird, right?? I didn't have green onions, so I used both..So I just cut it long.
STEP 3/9
Mix the meat well in the sauce and let it ripen for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 4/9
Spread the aged meat and onions in a pan and let stand on medium heat without continuing to touch from the beginning. Then water comes out of the onion and oil comes out of the meat, so it cooks well without burning the seasoning. After a while, when the bottom of the meat is cooked, cook it as if you are frying it.
STEP 5/9
When the meat is done, add the green onions
STEP 6/9
When it's almost done, put sesame oil on it
STEP 7/9
If you sprinkle sesame seeds, you're done with spicy and sweet pork. Should I put it on a plate now??
STEP 8/9
Our red pepper powder and red pepper paste are spicy, so it's a pork stir-fried dish that feels more spicy. I really enjoyed the meal.
STEP 9/9
It's made of forelimbs and has moderate oil, so the more you chew, the more chewy the texture is and the more spicy and sweet the seasoning is added, so I think it's a true rice thief All you have to do is make the sauce, measure the meat, and stir-fry it quickly, so it's relatively simple to make. Make it delicious and eat it!!
