Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
The sourness of kimchi decreases.
STEP 2/6
Cut 1/2 onion and 1/2 green onion into big pieces.
STEP 3/6
Cut 400g of pork into appropriate sizes. Thin meat tastes better than thick meat.
STEP 4/6
Add all the sauce and mix well.
STEP 5/6
Add the meat and kimchi to the sauce and mix well. Marinate meat for 20 minutes to season well.
STEP 6/6
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and stir-fry the marinated meat. At first, stir-fry it over high heat, then add a half ladle of water and stir-fry it until the water boils down to complete the stir-fried kimchi and pork.
