A recipe for malatang that you can easily make with Jongwon Baek
I really like malatang and I enjoy eating it I tried making malatang at home using Jongwon Baek mala sauce

  • Mara sauce

  • Beef

  • full cabbage
    3piece
  • Bok choy
    1ea
  • enoki mushroom
    1handful
  • Shiitake mushroom
    1ea
  • Host

  • onion
    1/4ea
  • oyster mushroom
    1handful
  • Fishball
    5ea
  • Tofu noodles
    suitably
  • Beef bone soup
    350ml
  • Water
    400ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut cabbage into 3 to 4cm apart and prepare onions and shiitake mushrooms
Remove the bottom of oyster mushroom and enoki mushroom

I gave bok choy a leaf and prepared a handful of bean sprouts, tofu, and fish balls

Put beef bone soup and water in a pot and bring to a boil

I used the all-around marasos to season it

Beat in 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Add the beef first and cook for about a minute

Add all vegetables except bean sprouts and bok choy

After 2 to 3 minutes, add bok choy and bean sprouts and cook it for 1 minute, and you're done with malatang
