Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare 200g of lettuce, and pretend to be clean.
Then, afterwards, drain. I used a vegetable dehydrator to remove the water.

Place drained lettuce in a wide bowl.
And add 2T of red pepper powder

-I didn't put too much seasoning. If you want to taste more, add 1T of minced garlic and 2T of vinegar. - This recipe is a bit soft and light lettuce kimchi.
