Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'll make the sauce first ~
Mix the seasoning ingredients listed above
(minced garlic + red pepper powder + tuna fish sauce + soy sauce + cooking wine + chicken stock + pepper)

I used bok choy after washing it in running water

Add 1 pack of beef bone soup and 500ml of water and bring to a boil

If you boil it for too long, the dumplings will burst, so I recommend you boil it for 5 minutes Make sure to use beef bone soup stock! If you want spicy flavor, you can use spicy pepper powder ~
