I'll make the sauce first ~
Mix the seasoning ingredients listed above
(minced garlic + red pepper powder + tuna fish sauce + soy sauce + cooking wine + chicken stock + pepper)

I used bok choy after washing it in running water

Sift the pumpkin, mushrooms, and onions
STEP 4/7
I cut the green onions into big pieces
STEP 5/7
Put the prepared vegetables and dumplings in a hot pot and add the pre-made sauce
(There is bok choy in the picture, but please take it out and boil it.)

Add 1 pack of beef bone soup and 500ml of water and bring to a boil
STEP 7/7
When all the vegetables and dumplings are cooked, add the bok choy and boil it for a minute, and you're done with the spicy dumpling hot pot
If you boil it for too long, the dumplings will burst, so I recommend you boil it for 5 minutes
Make sure to use beef bone soup stock!
If you want spicy flavor, you can use spicy pepper powder ~
