STEP 1/13
I prepared ingredients for Hallabong pancake.
You can use oranges or tangerines instead of hallabong.
STEP 2/13
Peel and slice Hallabong into 1.5 centimeters thick.
STEP 3/13
Add 1 egg and 110ml milk to pancake mix.
STEP 4/13
Mix the dough well without lumps.
STEP 5/13
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan over low heat.
STEP 6/13
Add batter one by one with a small ladle.
STEP 7/13
Place Hallabong on top of dough.
STEP 8/13
It's time to turn the dough upside down when it's slightly thick with holes in it's time to turn it over.
STEP 9/13
I turned it upside down and it's cooked well.
STEP 10/13
If you turn the backside upside down after about a minute, Hallabong will ripen well.
Tangerines are delicious because they are more sweet when cooked.
STEP 11/13
If you wipe the pan with a kitchen towel and put the butter back in and bake the pancake, it will bake more neatly.
STEP 12/13
Roasted Hallabong pancakes taste better with syrup.
STEP 13/13
The refreshingly appetizing Hallabong pancake is very good for children's nutritional snacks or simple breakfast menus.
Make more delicious pancakes using fresh Hallabong or oranges.
