Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse frozen webfoot octopus several times in cold water after thawing.
Biological webfoot octopus turns the head upside down to remove eggs and intestines.
Put 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 tablespoon salt into the clean webfoot octopus
STEP 2/7
I'd like a crunch, please. The viscosity of the flour removes foreign substances from the sucker and makes the webfoot octopus elastic.
STEP 3/7
Rinse the webfoot octopus washed in flour several times in cold water to remove as much moisture as possible.
STEP 4/7
Mix together all the marinade.
STEP 5/7
After swirling perilla oil, stir-fry the sauce once.
STEP 6/7
Add 1/3 onions and 1/4 carrots and stir-fry. Add webfoot octopus and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
STEP 7/7
The tip is to stir-fry it as quickly as possible over high heat so that water doesn't come out of the webfoot octopus. Lastly, add green onions and add sesame oil one more time and stir-fry it to complete the stir-fried webfoot octopus ^^
