It is recommended to wash it in salt water, blanch it slightly, cut off the roots, cut it into bite-size pieces, and store it in the refrigerator. Today, I'm going to make seasoned gompi.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Gompi has holes in it. Wash gompi in salt water and rinse.
STEP 2/8
Blanch gompi in boiling water. I take it out as soon as the color turns blue.
STEP 3/8
Rinse while removing heat from cold water.
STEP 4/8
Remove the roots and cut them into bite-size pieces. 4 to 5cm is enough

Cut cucumbers in half and cut them in half.

Squeeze the water out of the gompi well
STEP 7/8
Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 1/2 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of double vinegar, 2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a little sesame and mix well. Even if you add 2x less vinegar than regular vinegar, it tastes more sour and comes out less water when seasoned. Season the gompi first, then add cucumbers.
