STEP 1/9
Wash the dried squid 2 to 3 times under running water and strain it with a sieve
STEP 2/9
Add the listed ingredients and make the sauce.
STEP 3/9
Look at the length of the dried squid and cut the long dried squid into 2-3 pieces.
STEP 4/9
Put the dried squid in a bowl, mix it with mayonnaise, and marinate it for 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP 5/9
Pour the pre-made sauce into the pan and turn it on over medium-low heat
STEP 6/9
Stir it with a spoon, and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low so that it doesn't burn
STEP 7/9
Place the dried squid on top of the seasoning and mix it with both hands so that the seasoning can be evenly applied
STEP 8/9
When the seasoning is evenly applied, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish
STEP 9/9
If you put a lot of it in the bowl, the stir-fried red pepper paste and dried squid is done!
You can eat it moist if you marinate it so that mayonnaise permeates it. :)
