  • dried shrimp

  • anchovy broth

  • Water
    1.5L
  • Soybean paste
    2T
  • crushed garlic

  • red pepper paste

  • salted anchovies

  • perilla powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put salt in the clams and remove them for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/7
Clean the withered leaves of mugwort and wash them several times.
STEP 3/7
Cut tofu into cubes, please.

Slice the green onions and red peppers sideways.

Boil the broth with kelp, anchovies, dried shrimp, and 1.5L water.

After mixing the soybean paste, add mugwort, tofu, red pepper paste, minced garlic, anchovy sauce and boil it.

When it boils, add tofu, green onions, perilla powder 3T, and red pepper to complete it.
I put perilla powder in mugwort soup, and it's delicious even with bean powder.
