Remove fat from salmon with kitchen towel and cut to taste

Slice the onion really thinly and put it in cold water

Make sweet vinegar water. Remember 123!
Vinegar, Sugar and Water (1:2:3)

Add the sweet vinegar water to the rice and mix well

If you roll rice with two spoons, you can make sushi grains

Put rice in one spoon, cover it with another spoon, and cover it with the other spoon

Add a small amount of raw wasabi

Put the salmon on top and add a bit of holedish sauce

Place sliced onions and capers on top and it's done! :)
If it's hard to do it with a spoon, put the leftover sweet vinegar on your hand and clump the rice together like you're chiropractic, and you'll easily complete the sushi roe
If you don't have a caper, you can replace it with chives
