STEP 1/17
Remove the bottom of the spinach and wash it clean.
STEP 2/17
Blanch spinach with a little salt in the water.
Blanch spinach slightly within 20 seconds.
STEP 3/17
Rinse blanched spinach in cold water immediately.
STEP 4/17
Squeeze spinach tightly and drain.
STEP 5/17
Spinach is salty, so don't mix it separately, but cut it a little to mix the leaves and stems properly.
STEP 6/17
Slice the carrots.
STEP 7/17
Stir-fry stuffed carrots in a pan with cooking oil.
STEP 8/17
When you stir-fry carrots, add a little garlic and a little salt to season them, but it doesn't matter if they're bland, but it's not salty, so stir-fry them with your hands.
STEP 9/17
If you stir-fry carrots on strong heat, only the outside turns yellow, so you can stir-fry them on medium heat and turn off the heat until they become mushy.
STEP 10/17
Prepare pickled radish with a strainer.
STEP 11/17
Beat in the egg and season with a little salt.
STEP 12/17
Grease the pan and fry the eggplant.
STEP 13/17
Cut moderately well-cooked eggs into large chunks.
STEP 14/17
Rather than just using ham and crab meat, roll it slightly in an oiled pan and use it.
STEP 15/17
Today's star, spread the bacon back and forth and cook it thoroughly.
Bacon is chewy when it is undercooked.
Don't forget to open and cook one by one^^
STEP 16/17
I forgot about the picture of me cooking rice, but if it's based on 4 cups of rice, I can wrap exactly 8 to 10 lines. The above recipe (4t of flavored salt, 4t of vinegar, 1t of sugar, 2T of sesame oil) is based on 4 cups of rice, so you can add it when you cook it or mix it after cooking it. ^^
STEP 17/17
The bacon is salty, so I'll put in one row each
I think it'll be better to roll it with cheese^^
Anyway, it's done!! You can make gimbap with a different flavor^^
If you want to add cheese and ham together, it's better not to season spinach and carrots.
If you season the rice lightly because the seasoning is strong, it becomes tasteless.
Make sure to season the rice well before preparing the ingredients^^
