STEP 1/13
You know I'm not going to eat vegetables anyway, so for the color, I just shredded carrots and green onions.
STEP 2/13
I defrosted the shrimp, removed the tail, washed it clean, and marinated it for a while with cooking wine.
STEP 3/13
Slice the trimmed abalone into pieces to the right thickness
STEP 4/13
Put butter in the pan. It's not in the picture, but I poured some olive oil.
STEP 5/13
Stir-fry the prepared vegetables first.
STEP 6/13
Actually, I should've put in minced garlic first, but I put in minced garlic later -- you put in minced garlic first. lol
STEP 7/13
When the vegetables are a little out of breath, stir-fry them with shrimp. Stir-fry the shrimp until the surface is cooked
STEP 8/13
Add abalone~ Add abalone and stir-fry while mixing well.
STEP 9/13
Push the stir-fried ingredients to one side of the pan, add 1T of dark soy sauce, boil it, and press the soy sauce to make it taste good!! If you press the soy sauce and mix it well with the ingredients, it can give off the smell and the flavor of the ingredients.
STEP 10/13
Hold the slightly lacking liver with 1/2T of oyster sauce. Shrimps and abalones themselves have salty taste, so if you add a lot of oyster sauce, it's salty. Please add a little after tasting it.
STEP 11/13
If you sprinkle sesame seeds, it's a savory and nutritious stir-fried abalone shrimp
STEP 12/13
It looks like a high-end dish with abalone and shrimp in it, right?? It tastes better with mushrooms^^ Shrimps are chewy~ Abalone is soft~ It's savory and savory when you eat it on top of rice!!
STEP 13/13
It's a side dish made with cold spring onion rolls, but I think it's good to serve as an invitation menu for customers. It's also the best as a high-quality side dish!! Enjoy your meal and have a healthy day!!
