STEP 1/6
Wash the surface of the pig skin thoroughly with running water
STEP 2/6
Bring to a boil in a saucepan with enough water to soak the pork rind
STEP 3/6
When the water starts to boil, add the cut pork skin, soy sauce, and soju and boil
STEP 4/6
Remove the boiled pork skin and rinse it with cold water
STEP 5/6
When there is residual heat, fold it into the right size and organize it
STEP 6/6
You can put the boiled pork skin in a zipper bag as much as you can eat and store it in the refrigerator
In my experience, this boiled pig skin was fine for 3 days in the refrigerator and 2 weeks in the refrigerator!
It's already 100% cooked, so when you cook it later, you just need to heat it, so I personally recommend freezing it
