How to make avocado guacamole spam egg over rice - super simple
I made guacamole with well-cooked avocado, baked spam with sugar until it was golden brown, scrambled with eggs, and put it on top of the rice with stir-fried rice. Children love it because it tastes good and the shape is pretty. It's also good as a lunch box.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I prepared ingredients to make avocado guacamole spam egg rice.
STEP 2/12
Cut the avocado into 1.5cm cubes.
Uncooked avocados turn black when left at room temperature for two or three days, and when pressed, they are best eaten if they are slightly soft.
STEP 3/12
Chop 1/2 onion, please.
STEP 4/12
Add chopped avocados and chopped onions and mix gently to make guacamole.
STEP 5/12
Cut the spam into 1cm cubes and fry it over medium low heat without oil, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry until golden brown.
STEP 6/12
Beat in 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, and 1 pinch of salt.
Place 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat and make scrambled eggs.
When the egg is slightly undercooked, turn off the heat and stir-fry it in the residual heat to make it a softer scramble.
STEP 7/12
Cut 1 and 1/2 onions in half and shred.
STEP 8/12
Place 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of onion and oyster sauce, and stir-fry the onion to make it transparent.
STEP 9/12
Avocado guacamole, stir-fried onions, scrambled eggs, and stir-fried spam are ready, so let's put them on the rice.
STEP 10/12
Put a bowl of rice in it
STEP 11/12
Place stir-fried onions on top of the rice.
STEP 12/12
Scramble eggs, avocado guacamole, and stir-fried spam.
The pretty three-color rice bowl is also good for lunch boxes.
In scrambled eggs, when the eggs are slightly undercooked, turn off the heat and cook them in residual heat to make them a softer scramble.

I only ate avocado pollack bibimbap, but I found a recipe that allows me to use the remaining avocado, and I enjoyed it. It is good for children to eat a nutritious meal because it is not irritating and has a moderate sweetness.

I only made bibimbap with avocado pollack roe, but it tastes different because I made guacamole and fried spam, eggs, and onions. I really enjoyed it
