STEP 1/9
Mash about 300g of steamed or baked sweet potatoes with a fork. If sweet potatoes lack a lot of sweetness, you can add 1T of honey or sugar.

Spread the sweet potatoes thinly on paper foil.

Spread the mozzarella cheese in a pan and turn on the heat. This is low heat

Place mashed sweet potatoes on top of cheese as if turning paper foil over and remove paper foil.

Continue to cook over low heat until cheese is golden brown. At first, the cheese seems to boil, but after about 5 minutes, the cheese is baked golden and separated from the pan.

When the bottom of the cheese is cooked, roll the cheese and sweet potato together like an egg roll. You can shape the rolled sweet potato cheese and cook it until the outside of the cheese is crispy, and then turn off the heat.

Cool the sweet potato cheese roll in a bowl and cut it into bite-size pieces. When cooled, the cheese becomes more crispy and chewy.

It's a well-aged sweet potato, so it's sweet without adding anything. The cheese on the outside is crispy and the sweet potato on the inside is sweet and soft, so I quickly finished a plate!!
