I also tried it when I saw Park Sol-mi making jeon using trivalve greens at the convenience store :) jeon is a bit difficult I think it's for beginners. It's a simple jeon that doesn't need seasoning because it's salty!

  • Frying flour

  • Water
    200g
  • Red pepper

  • olive oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the three-legged greens thoroughly
STEP 2/5
Mix 1 cup of frying powder + 2 cups of water and make it as thin as possible
STEP 3/5
Coat the trivalve greens with the batter evenly
STEP 4/5
Pour plenty of olive oil and put it on a heated pan
While cooking, press it with a spatula
STEP 5/5
If you grill it evenly on both sides, it's done

The sprout itself is salty, but if you want to season it, add 1 spoon of fish sauce to the fry
