STEP 1/13
I defrosted the LA marinated ribs I left in the freezer.
Here's a link to how to measure LA galbi seasoning:

STEP 2/13
You can easily get assorted vegetables for hot pot at the mart.
There are various kinds of bok choy, cabbage, mushrooms, etc.
There was also liquid soup for broth, but I didn't use it.
STEP 3/13
Wash vegetables and mushrooms clean and drain on a strainer tray.
STEP 4/13
If you use only half of the tofu and put the other half in bottled water and refrigerate it, it will be okay for a week.
You have to change the water once a day.
STEP 5/13
Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes and cut them in half.
STEP 6/13
I used the broth that boiled chicken breast.
(The ice floats because it's not thawed enough.)
Instead of chicken broth, you can use anchovy kelp broth or add water.
STEP 7/13
I put LA marinated ribs and 800ml of chicken broth in a pot.
STEP 8/13
When it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Beef bulgogi hot pot can be boiled with bulgogi and vegetables at once, but LA ribs should be cooked first so that they are not tough.
STEP 9/13
Remove cooked ribs.
STEP 10/13
Add the amount of seasoning to the broth.
You can add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce instead of tsuyu.
I'm going to put in the vegetable mushrooms, so please make the seasoning a little stronger.
STEP 11/13
I put vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu in the center and put the soaked glass noodles.
STEP 12/13
Place cooked LA ribs in the middle.
STEP 13/13
Boil over medium heat and enjoy.
LA galbi jeongol is very delicious if you cook galbi first and then boil it with vegetables and mushrooms.
