Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Blanch frozen octopus slightly in boiling water.
STEP 2/5
Slice octopus and salmon into raw fish.
STEP 3/5
Add 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, salt dab and 1/2 chopped onion and mix well.
STEP 4/5
Place octopus and salmon on a plate and add baby vegetables.
STEP 5/5
If you add olive oil sauce, salmon octopus carpacho is complete
