Easy and simple tuna menbosha to make even beginners in cooking
Super simple menu! I'm going to tell you tuna menbosha. It's a recipe made by Lee Jung-hyun on TV's "Pyeon Restaurant," and shrimp are expensive, so they put tuna instead of shrimp. Lee Jung-hyun made handmade mayonnaise himself, but I made it with regular mayonnaise. But it's still good. I will make tuna menbosha, which is good as a snack or a side dish for drinking.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
To make tuna menbosha, first remove the end of the bread. And cut the bread into quarters.
I freeze and store the bread, so I took it out of the freezer and used it right away!
The amount of tuna left after making tuna young radish bibimbap was not large, so I used a total of two and a half slices of bread.

And cut the onions into small pieces and prepare them.
Please prepare the drained tuna as well.
I used less than 100g of tuna.

Add pre-mashed onions and tuna that has been added. Then add 1 spoon of mayonnaise, 0.5 spoon of red pepper powder, and 0.5 spoon of lemon juice.

- It's even better if you add a lot of stuffing ingredients. Lee Jung-hyun put a lot of ingredients on the TV. I didn't have much tuna, so I couldn't put it in full, but it was still delicious!

Now, put enough cooking oil on a heated pan and fry tuna menbosha evenly. If you fry it until it's crispy, the tuna menbosha is done!

It's also good to make it quickly with late night snacks.
If I added more ingredients in the tuna menbosha, it would have tasted twice as good, but the trick is that it was delicious! It's crispy on the outside, so it makes crunchy sounds when you chew it. Then, the taste of tuna menbosha's inner ingredients comes in and becomes soft and moist.
