Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, boil the flour paste.
Add 3T of flour to 500ml of water and mix well to prevent it from being pressed.
When it starts to boil, add 1T of salted shrimp, boil it, turn off the heat and cool it down.

Add 500ml of bottled water to the ground ingredients and add 2T of flower salt to make soup.
Seasoning is not salty and needs to be done in order to make water kimchi with stone greens taste good. You can season it with fish sauce.
You can season it as you like.

If you want a spicy taste, cut and add about 1 Cheongyang pepper or red pepper. You can skip it.
STEP 9/10
If a beet is added to clear water kimchi, the color is good and it is good for your health. If you don't have a beat, you can skip it.
STEP 10/10
Put all the ingredients you prepared and pour the soup in, and it's done.
Leave it at room temperature for about half a day, refrigerate it, and eat it!
