  • Water
    500ml
  • Salt

  • Sugar
    0.8TS

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the carrot into 2cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/7
Pour olive oil into a pan and stir-fry carrots over medium heat.
STEP 3/7
Season with a little salt and a little pepper.
STEP 4/7
When cooked evenly, pour 500ml of water or chicken stock and meat stock.
STEP 5/7
Add 1/2 tbsp salt, 0.8 tbsp sugar and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 6/7
Boil until all the water is boiled down and gone.
STEP 7/7
Turn off the heat if the water is all boiled down.
It's even more delicious if you use chicken broth and meat broth instead of water.
