Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the onion as thin as possible and soak it in cold water for at least 20 minutes.

Add the ingredients and mix well.

Cut the salmon into cubes and season with seasoning (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, lemon juice).
STEP 4/4
Along with Choribap and Salmon Poke, toppings such as avocado, flying fish roe, crab sticks, and salad vegetables are eaten as much as you want.
Poke is a Hawaiian word for 'cut'. It originated from Hawaii where fresh sashimi was sliced and seasoned.
