I prepared ingredients to make seasoned dried radish.

Wash the dried radish 3 times and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Try one in the middle and adjust the time you are called.
Rinse the soaked daikon once and drain it on a strainer tray.
If you squeeze the water too tightly, it will dry when you mix it and it will taste less delicious, so just remove the water lightly.

Wash dried red pepper leaves twice and soak them in cold water for an hour.
Boil 1 tablespoon of salt and soaked pepper leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Rinse the boiled pepper leaves in cold water and squeeze the water out.
Pick out the stiff stems of the pepper leaves.

Rinse the dried squid twice and squeeze the water out.
Cut washed dried squid into 5 centimeters long.
Do not oil over medium heat, stir-fry dried squid for 3 minutes and cool.

Please make rice paste:
Add 300ml of water to 2 tablespoons of rice flour and mix well.
When it boils over high heat, reduce to medium heat and simmer for another minute.
Flour paste and glutinous rice paste are good, too.

Add the sauce to the cooled rice paste.

Leave it for about 10 minutes and let it ripen.

Pour the sauce over the dried radish, pepper leaves, dried squid, and chives.

If you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder.
Season the dried daikon and make it bland after a while, so add a little bit of seasoning.

It's seasoned dried radish that's made spicy and salty.
It tastes better with dried squid and red pepper leaves.
It's better because it's made with seasoning in rice grass, so the dried radish and seasoning don't go around and go well together.
If you season rice paste, flour paste, or glutinous rice paste, the seasoning doesn't go around, so it becomes more delicious seasoned dried radish.
