Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The number of shiitake mushrooms depends on the size. Remove the bottom of the shiitake mushroom and cut it into bite-size pieces.

Put 2 tablespoons of frying powder and shiitake mushrooms in the bag and shake them together.

Making Sauce
Add 150ml of cold water to 1 tablespoon of potato starch and mix.

Add potato starch water, 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of apple vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Boil and add vegetables.
Stir-fry carrots, apples, and onions, then add a little bit of red pepper and bok choy.

Fry the bread crumbs later. The oil gets dirty and burns quickly, so fry the bread crumbs twice a little faster. You can use different kinds of vegetables. For example, cucumbers and paprika are also good. Please refer to the video.
