Stir-fry the leftover beef slightly and blow away the moisture, or take out the bulgogi and heat it in the microwave.

Chop the paprika and onion.

Grease a heated frying pan with olive oil, add chopped paprika and onion, sprinkle with a little herb salt, and stir-fry over high heat.
Stir-fry the vegetables until they are out of breath.

Place tortillas in a frying pan and heat slightly over low heat.Turn off the heat when the tortilla is warm.

Spread tomato sauce on half of tortilla.

Sprinkle pizza cheese over tomato sauce.

Add beef bulgogi and stir-fried vegetables and a little bit of drained canned corn.

Lastly, put pizza cheese on top.

Turn on the heat, fold the tortilla in half with a spatula and bake until golden.

Bake on medium-low heat until golden brown.

Cut the well-cooked bulgogi quesadilla into bite-size pieces.

It's done. It's better if you dip it in sour cream or unsweetened plain yogurt.
