Making delicious quail egg pork jangjorim

Ingredients
  • Pork tenderloin
    300g
  • quail eggs
    270g
  • Water
    5cup
  • Chili peppers

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Soy sauce

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
First, pour 5C water into a pot and bring to a boil
STEP 2/15
I made jangjorim with 300g of pork tenderloin
STEP 3/15
Cut the pork into 6cm pieces so that it is cooked well
STEP 4/15
When the water boils, add the pork and boil it until it is cooked
STEP 5/15
Remove bubbles from boiling

Wash the boiled quail eggs clean
STEP 7/15
Wash 10 chili peppers and 2 cheongyang chili peppers
Cut the cheongyang pepper in half to add a spicy taste

When the pork is cooked, remove it and let it cool
Do not throw away boiled meat

Tear the pork into bite-size pieces
