STEP 1/16
Toss the red beans and pick out the broken or damaged ones and wash them three or four times.
If you soak it in water, the damaged red beans float in the water, so you can spill them with water.
Soak the washed red beans in water for about 5 hours.
I soaked it at night and cooked it the next morning.
STEP 2/16
Pour the water into the pot until the red beans are soaked, boil it over high heat for 2 minutes, and then drain the red beans into a strainer tray and wash it.
You need to boil it like this so that you don't get stomachache due to the saponin in red beans.
STEP 3/16
1. Pour 1.5L of water into the boiled red beans.
2. When it boils over high heat, turn it down to medium heat.
3. Remove the foam that rises.
4. You have to boil it for about an hour so that you don't feel any foreign substances when you grind the red beans with the skin.
If the water decreases while boiling, add more water and boil it.
STEP 4/16
Take out a bowl of boiled red beans separately.
I'm going to put it in without grinding it so that you can feel the texture of the whole red beans.
STEP 5/16
Mix the remaining red beans with the boiled red beans and grind them with a hand blender or blender.
STEP 6/16
Add 2 pinch of salt to 150g of glutinous rice flour and mix with spoon, pouring hot water little by little.
You knead it with your hands and knead it.
You have to make the dough with hot water to make the dough stick well.
STEP 7/16
Roll the dough on the cutting board and make it as long as a rice cake.
Cut the dough into 1.5 centimeters long and make it round.
STEP 8/16
Stir once with a spatula to avoid sticking to the floor in the boiling water.
When a bird's lead floats on the water, it's all cooked.
Take out the core of the bird and soak it in cold water.
STEP 9/16
In Step 5, pour the ground red beans into the pot.
STEP 10/16
Add 100ml of water to 60g of glutinous rice flour and stir well.
STEP 11/16
Put glutinous rice water in the ground red bean water
STEP 12/16
When it boils over high heat, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
It splatters when it boils, so stir it carefully.
STEP 13/16
Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 6 tbsp sugar, please.
Season and add salt and sugar if bland.
I added an extra teaspoon of salt.
STEP 14/16
Add the new lead and simmer for another minute, stirring.
STEP 16/16
It's very delicious if you divide it into parts and heat it in the microwave for breakfast.
The dough that makes the core of a bird needs to be kneaded with hot water to make the dough clump well.
