When it is heated a little, spread the batter thinly, and add a lot of green onions.

Crack two eggs on top of the green onion and rub with a flipper.
STEP 5/6
Add 3 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, half a tablespoon of ground sesame, chives and red pepper powder and mix.
(Mix well so that oligosaccharides melt.)
STEP 6/6

If you just taste the soy sauce, it might be salty, but it tastes much better if you dip it in it, and it's not salty and it's just perfect for the liver.
I used to mix eggs with dough, but I tried it because the market did it so much, and the color looks more delicious and tastes good.
