Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Shake the kimchi and chop it into small pieces.Add 1 cup of kimchi soup, please.
STEP 2/4
Add pancake mix: flour = 1:1 ratio.I added 2 cups of flour
STEP 3/4
Add 1 egg, 1T minced garlic, 2 cups of cool water (you can add ice), 0.5T of tuna fish sauce, and 1T of red pepper powder and mix.
STEP 4/4
Put enough oil in the pan and put a ladle each to make it.
Pancake is rich in oil and crispy when cooked over medium heat.
