Making Hawaiian Musubi with Spam Mold
I made Musubi conveniently using a spam box. It's a good menu to make and eat as simple as gimbap.

  • canned ham
    200g
  • Eggs
    5ea
  • instant rice
    3bowl
  • Salt
    1/4T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Sesame
    little
  • dried seaweed for kimbap
    3piece
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
  • Mayonnaise
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Please cut 200g spam into 5 pieces.
STEP 2/14
Beat in five eggs.
STEP 3/14
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and spread the eggs wide and pour.
STEP 4/14
Bake the spam length to match the length of the egg garnish.
STEP 5/14
Please cut the egg into the same shape as spam. Grill spam slightly in the pan.
STEP 6/14
Sprinkle 1/4T of salt, 1T of sesame oil, and sesame seeds on 3 pre-cooled bowls of rice and mix.
STEP 7/14
Fold the long side of the seaweed in half and cut it.
STEP 8/14
Place the wrap in the spam box and add the rice. And press it down to make it flat.
STEP 9/14
Please put the baked spam on it.
STEP 10/14
Put the eggs back on top.
STEP 11/14
Put the rice back in and press down.
STEP 12/14
Place ingredients from mold on seaweed.
STEP 13/14
Wrap it with seaweed.
STEP 14/14
Please cut it as pretty as kimbap. And put a little bit of mayonnaise on top.
