STEP 1/11
Usually it's easy to make a bad apple or a withering apple, but I made it the best apple ever.
STEP 2/11
I put 300 grams of allulose in 800 grams of apple flesh.
STEP 3/11
Allulose is on display with starch syrup at the mart.
Only 1/10th of the calories are low in sugar, but diabetics shouldn't eat too much because it's a fructose type. However, it is better than sugar because it raises blood sugar slower than sugar.
STEP 4/11
Boil over high heat for 30 minutes.
It's okay not to get wet in the middle.
Boil it for 30 minutes and when the moisture is almost gone...
STEP 5/11
Add 1 tablespoon of pectin
STEP 6/11
Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
STEP 7/11
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and it's done.
Please put it in a sterilized bottle.
STEP 8/11
I made waffles by kneading them myself.
My daughter sent me the best recipe.
It's a hassle, but my daughter made it herself, so I got caught buying waffle mix..I made it, too.
STEP 9/11
I bought 1.5kg of blueberries. I'll freeze them and take them out
Wash it gently in water and put it in a pot
I put in 150 grams of stevia and rummaged through it, waiting for it to melt.
I thought it would be okay to make it with frozen blueberries...
Frozen was marinated in sugar water once, so I bought raw fruits and froze them,
STEP 10/11
I wondered if this would be jam~~ but after boiling over medium low heat for 40 minutes, it started to show the shape of jam.
I didn't mash the blueberries, but made them into jam.
It comes in four small bottles of 200 grams.
That's why the bulwberry pulp is half boiled down.
When I went online, Stevia jam was very expensive, but there's a reason.
The good news is that stevia is not absorbed by our body and is released as it is, so it has zero calories.^^
STEP 11/11
Now I can eat jam without feeling guilty.
It's sweeter than sugar jam on bread.
And the blueberry roe is soft
It's so nice that it's chewed.
