Remove withered leaves from the water parsley, make sure there are no leeches, and cut them into 3-4cm lengths.

Wash the cut water parsley in vinegar
Soak for about 20 minutes.

Chop the onion and chop the whole garlic.

Cut the peppers and green onions sideways.

In a bowl, make a seasoned sauce with 2T red pepper paste, 1T red pepper powder, 3 whole garlic, 3T seasoned vinegar, 1T plum extract, 1T anchovy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Put water parsley, onions, and seasoning in a large bowl
Please season it.

It is completed by adding peppers, green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Dip the water parsley in vinegar and check the leeches before cooking.
It seems to be less seasoned, but please don't add more because it's just right and salty.
