Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
First, peel a radish, cut it into four pieces vertically, and then cut it slightly longer than the size of gimbap.

Cut the remaining radish into 4 pieces vertically and cut it for pickled radish.

Rinse dried sperm lightly with water, then cut into four pieces and return to the pack.

Put 500ml of water, 500ml of sugar, 370ml of vinegar, 2 spoons of salt (30g), and 14 cheeses in a pot. You can add 1 spoon of chija powder, 1 spoon of curry powder, or 1 ts of turmeric powder instead of chija.

Boil the pickled water for 5 minutes and then bring it to a hot state

Pour it into the trimmed radish. At this time, the pickled water seems to be insufficient, but over time, the pickled radish is boiled for 5 minutes, and then water comes out in a hot state, so it's okay.

After about an hour after pouring the pickles, turn over the top and bottom so that the water is evenly stained when hit by radish and leave it unattended.

The next day, yellow pickled radish was completed.

You can put it in the refrigerator right away, but it's good to boil pickles and pour them into pickled radish for long-term storage.
