Green onion kimchi
My husband bought a layer of green onion at Pocheon Market, where the 5th market is held. He said he bought it because it looked fresh and delicious. I'm putting green onion kimchi in here^^

Ingredients
  • Scallions
    1pack
  • Carrot
    1ea
  • Red pepper powder
    3small cup
  • salted anchovies
    2small cup
  • Starch syrup
    1small cup
  • plum extract
    1small cup
  • Garlic
    1small cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Trim green onions and wash and drain.
STEP 2/6
Put all the seasonings in the container according to the volume and let them rot evenly.
STEP 3/6
Chop carrots into a bowl and prepare to season with green onions.
STEP 4/6
Season the green onions as if they were seasoned.
STEP 5/6
Roll in enough green onions for one meal.
STEP 6/6
You can put green onions in a storage container and let them ripen at room temperature for a day, or leave them for three days and it tastes good.
Don't mix fresh kimchi like regular kimchi, but mix it like you're putting the inside of the kimchi.
