Use a knife to remove scales back and forth from trimmed flounder.

Remove the scales and cut the flounder into appropriate sizes.

Wash mugwort and prepare.

Cut radishes into pieces.

Slice the cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Cut the garlic stand into 4 to 5cm pieces.

Put water, radish, flounder, soybean paste, and minced garlic in a pot and boil over high heat.

When it boils up, remove the foam and boil for about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, mugwort, cheongyang pepper, and soy sauce and boil.
