First of all, it's strawberry syrup...
The strawberry syrup sold is strawberry 1: sugar 1, which is not good for the body because it has too much sugar. The homemade strawberry syrup should be different no matter what, right?
I put 200 grams of sugar in a kilo of strawberries and crushed them roughly with a fork or potato mashing tool to make chewy strawberry syrup.

Put 5 tablespoons of strawberry syrup in a 350ml cup.

Fill it with ice.

Pour the milk two-thirds of the cup

If you put a lot of whipped cream on top, you're done with strawberry sphenerner.
Coffee sphener is coffee with whipped cream on top of Americano. Vienna coffee is a coffee sphener.
Vienna coffee is American and Aeschpener is German? Well
Sphenner means "a horse-drawn carriage" in German.
It's getting harder to order coffee.^^
