Making rice tteokbokki with cheese
I made tteokbokki with rice paper because I thought it would be savory and delicious if I put cheese in it! We made it simple using Mitsuri Tteokbokki sauce without any other seasoning

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare the ingredients.Haha
It's not in the picture, but I added cabbage and green onions!
STEP 2/7
Prepare warm water and add 2 sheets of rice paper to the water. Put the rice paper in water until it is slightly mushy!
I put cheese in it, and it's convenient to cut the cheese into 6-7 pieces and put it neatly. :)
STEP 3/7
You can put the rice paper as it is or you can cut it into bite-sized pieces! (- If you cut the cheese inside, it'll count a little when it boils.)
Since it's a sausage, I just cut cabbage and fish cake into bite-sized pieces!
STEP 4/7
Dissolve a bag of tteokbokki sauce in 330ml of water.
I cooked it on medium heat and cooked it on high heat!
When it starts to boil on the edge, add fish cake, sausage, and cabbage.
STEP 5/7
I put in rice paper rice cake almost immediately!
It boils over high heat, but the rice paper is easy to stick to, so you have to keep stirring.
STEP 6/7
When you think it's almost done, add green onions.
I boiled it for another 30 seconds to 1 minute!

I finished it with sesame seeds!Haha
It's tteokbokki that you can make easily when you're on a diet or want to eat~~
When the rice paper is soft, it dries easily!
