STEP 1/8
Prepare the ingredients!
About 13 of the ingredients I prepared came out
STEP 2/8
First, boil the glass noodles in boiling water.
Cook it thoroughly! - I boiled it for about nine to ten minutes.
STEP 3/8
Rinse the boiled glass noodles in water, put them on a sieve to remove the water, and mix them with 2 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of xylose (sugar).
I cut the Emmental cheese in half and cut the seaweed into 6 pieces!
Perilla leaves are prepared in two or four pieces according to the shape of seaweed
STEP 4/8
Put the rice paper in warm water for more than 5 seconds and then take it out. Adjust it after looking at the condition of the rice paper! (- You have to take it out before it gets slightly mushy.)(Laughing)
Put perilla leaves -> laver -> cheese -> glass noodles on top of rice paper and roll.
Fold both sides first and roll from bottom to top!
STEP 5/8
Coat it with frying powder so that it doesn't stick to each other.
Shake off the frying powder so that it doesn't lump.
STEP 6/8
Heat a pan with plenty of cooking oil and for 5 minutes? Fry it evenly over medium heat
STEP 7/8
It's done when it's golden! :)
STEP 8/8
The perilla leaf and the savory taste of cheese are mixed together, and the outside is crispy seaweed roll!
It is seasoned without dipping it in soy sauce or salt
Rice paper is easy to stick together, so put some frying powder on it as soon as it's done!
If there is a hole, cover it with frying powder to protect it.
