Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10

Slice the onion to 0.5cm thick and soak it in cold water to remove the spicyness.

Season cod meat with pepper and salt.

Fry the fried cod meat in 170CC heated oil until golden brown.

Place drained onion on top and cover with other hamburger bread.
It's easier to coat cod meat with fried food when it's slightly frozen
