STEP 1/9
Shred onions and soak them in cold water to remove the spicy taste.

Drain the clean lettuce and remove it by hand to make it easy to eat and place it's easy to eat.

Drain the sliced onions without spiciness and place them on lettuce.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half on a plate and top with crab meat cut to make it easier to eat.

You can put raw mozzarella cheese on it, but I have sliced mozzarella cheese, so I cut it to make it easier to eat.

Cut the smoked salmon into bite-size pieces.
Actually, I have to put it on top of the onion, but the order has changed. K
When I ate it, I put up a pack of smoked salmon, but when I took a picture, I put a little bit up and took a picture of it. ^^

I cut green olives in half and put capers on top.

This is my favorite tartar sauce.
I can make tartar sauce, but I bought the sauce because it was lame.
If you don't have sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a little bit of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to make the sauce. Actually, I would have made it if I only had plain yogurt, but I couldn't because I didn't have plain yogurt at home.
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle with tartar sauce and mix it deliciously.
If you cut the lettuce with a knife, the cut side of the lettuce turns brown.
