How to cook seaweed soup with savory beef (with kimbap)
Kimbap's partner, seaweed soup! I really agree with this combination. I think it's sad if there's no meat in the seaweed soup. If you add beef, it tastes very savory and deep, and it's very simple to boil.

  • Beef crisis

  • Seaweed
    2handful
  • Water
    600g
  • Sesame oil

  • crushed garlic

  • Fish soy sauce
    2spoon
  • a thick salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I usually soak seaweed in water for a long time.
I prefer soft seaweed, so it's called at night and then I make soup in the morning.
STEP 2/6
Pour sesame oil and heat up the pan
1 spoonful of finely chopped seaweed and minced garlic
I'll stir-fry it like this.
STEP 3/6
Add the sliced ingredients and stir-fry them together.
Stir-fry until the color changes.

600ml of water
STEP 5/6
Please add 2 spoons of soy sauce for the seasoning.
Boil it until the situation is smooth. (about 45 minutes)
STEP 6/6
If it's not enough, add salt.
I think I added 0.4 thick salt.
Lastly, eat meat and if it's soft, turn off the heat and eat it!
