STEP 1/4
The ingredients prepared are for 2 servings. I prepared 200g of minced pork, 2 eggs (only yolk), 1 seasoned laver, 1/2 green onion, and 1/2 onion The green onions are finely chopped~ The onions are finely chopped and prepared. I only used the yolk for the eggs. You can eat the white part separately or garnish it with egg garnish
STEP 2/4
You can use about a spoon of it. I cooked it without cooking oil because the used minced pork contains a proper amount of white part (fat), and I passed the cooking oil because the mayonnaise that goes in later on has a lot of oil. I put green onions, onions, and meat and stir-fry them right away. When the pan was heated enough over high heat, I added 1 glass of soju and 1/5 spoon of pepper to control the smell.
STEP 3/4
I started seasoning after cooking the meat enough while blowing away the moisture and smell. I added 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of mayonnaise, and 1 spoon of oyster sauce to season it. Previously, when making rice with toppings, if the color of the meat is too bright, it seems to be undercooked for some reason and it doesn't taste good. Because I think the visual part is important, I added 1 spoon of soybean milk and made it dark brown
STEP 4/4
After putting a bowl of rice in a container, I divided the stir-fried minced pork into half and put it on top. Sprinkle seasoned laver, egg yolk, green onion, sesame seeds, and a little bit of sesame oil to finish.
If you don't like greasy food, add 1 spoon of red pepper paste and 1 spoon of Cheongyang red pepper to make it more delicious. We didn't use cooking oil separately, but it's greasy enough with mayonnaise and sesame oil. When using cooking oil or chili oil, please reduce the amount of mayonnaise!
When you eat it, break the yolk together
It tastes good if you mix it.
