Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare 3/4 paper cups of fried powder and 3/4 cups of cold water in a 1:1 ratio between frying powder and cold water. You have to knead it thinly to make it suitable for fried naengmyeon.
STEP 2/5
Put enough cooking oil in a pot and preheat to 170-180 degrees Celsius. If you put chopsticks and bubbles form around it, it's the right temperature.
STEP 3/5
Put the cold (small size) into the dough and coat it well.
STEP 4/5
Fry the kneaded cold noodles at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Once the fried food is crispy, it's done
STEP 5/5
3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 0.5 tablespoon of red pepper powder, dip it in soy sauce~ It's a very delicious fried naengi. :)
