Buy fresh sea squirts.
STEP 2/6
Place a sea squirt on the cutting board.
STEP 3/6
After cutting the top of the sea squirt, lay the knife on its side, put the knife in the cut area, and cut it near the root.

If you look at it divided into two parts, you first separate the skin from the flesh on the side without the intestines.

Cut the remaining S-shaped intestines with a knife and rinse them with water.

Rinse the sea squirt slightly under running water and drain it on a sieve.
If you don't want to rinse it in the last tap water, dissolve 1/2t of the flower salt in 1L of water and rinse it gently and quickly drain it into a sieve. The meat of the sea squirt becomes firm.
