  • Chicken stock

  • Vinegar
    1/4t
  • Milk
    250ml
  • Bacon

  • Emmental cheese

Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.

Cut the peeled potatoes in half and slice them thinly.

Wash it in water to remove starch.

Saute 1cm square slices of bacon in an oiled pan.
