Put the soaked rice (multigrain) in a rice cooker, pour the rice water, and put tomatoes and tripe on top. Add about 6-70% of the rice water

After cooking, take out the bean sprouts and put them separately.It's okay to rummage bean sprouts with rice. If you can't finish the bean sprout rice at once, it's better to put it aside and eat it.

Spread the rice and put the bean sprouts on top of it. Prepare with the marinade.
With the rest of the sauce, chives, brewed soy sauce,
I added sesame oil to make seasoned soy sauce.
It's a dry sauce with more ingredients than soy sauce.
